Telephone Banking offers you fast access to your accounts, and enables you to conduct many transactions using our Automated Banking system. Check balances and recent activity on your checking, savings, and money market accounts. You can obtain information about your installment loan, and transfer funds, among other banking services.
INSTRUCTIONS
To access information you will need your account number and your four digit PIN. When you open your account you are given an initial PIN. The first time you use 24-Hour Touch Tone Banking you will be asked to change to a new PIN.
Touch Tone Banking is offered in both English and Spanish. Choose the language you would like to use, then choose from the following options:
Press 1. Account information and funds transfers.
[1] Checking and money market accounts
[2] Savings accounts
[3] Loan accounts
[4] CD's and IRA's
[5] To transfer funds
Press 2. Rate and product information
Press 3. Instructions on how to use this system
Press 4. Receive a fax of account transactions
Press 5. Report a lost or stolen 24-Hour Banking card
The following numbers apply to all menus.
Press 8. Return to previous menu.
Press 9. Repeat the menu you are in.
Press 0. Transfer to the operator (during business hours).
